Abstract :
*(250~1000 words)
The net width of the navigation room of the sluice hub is 18 m, and the bottom shaft driven steel gate is adopted as the gate form. During navigation, the gate is in the fully open (lying down) position, and the water flows from the upper side of the gate body. Because the project is located in the tidal river section, the water level varies greatly. Under the action of the tide, it is easy to cause the deposition of suspended sediment in the lower part of the gate. When the suspended matter accumulates to a certain height, it will hinder the gate opening and normal operation. In this study, the experiment of the arrangement of the scour and silt pipes was carried out mainly for different thickness of the silt behind the door. On the basis of the research on scouring and silting by high-pressure water flow of the pump, an innovative layout scheme for scouring and silting using the water level difference between the inner and outer rivers formed by tidal water is proposed. Based on the requirement of uniform outflow from the nozzle, the hydraulic design of the equal-section pipeline was carried out, and the modification and optimization test of the bottom scouring and silt pipe was carried out. Considering the conditions of sudden silting that may be caused by typhoons and other reasons, a method of combining the scouring and silting at the bottom of the gate with the overflow scouring and silting at the top of the gate is proposed, which can better solve the problem of scouring and silting at the bottom of the gate on the outer river side.
